* All reservations include a $155 Reservation Fee, which would only be refunded if Fitology cannot provide the services that are checked (minus the outdoor fitness area & pickleball) by June 1, 2026.
* Founding membership prices will be guaranteed for at least 24 months post-opening date.
* Beyond the Reservation Fee, no additional fees will be charged until Fitology opens. At that time, those with reservations will be able to choose which membership they would like to move forward with.
* "As priced" items are subject to change monthly and will be announced at the time of membership signing.
* Thermal Suite & Recovery Room limitations: If busy, time may be limited to 1 hr increments.
* Private Workout Suites are available during office hours in 1.5 hour increments.
